Effective: 21 April 2026
By using Trailmark ("the service"), you agree to these terms.
Trailmark syncs your Strava activities to your Google Calendar. To use it you need an active Strava account and a Google account, and you must grant the service the required access when prompted.
You agree to use Trailmark only with accounts you own and control, and not to attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or misuse the Strava or Google APIs.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees that activities will always sync promptly or without error, and we are not responsible for issues caused by Strava, Google, or network conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data or missed events.
You may stop using Trailmark and delete your data at any time from the dashboard. We may also suspend or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.
If we change these terms, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
